Bagan Archaeological Zone is a major attraction in Myanmar. According to official information, the area is 104 square kilometers and has over 10.000 religious monuments. The temples are connected with dirt roads and you are free to visit them on your own. The best way to do it is renting a bicycle but you can also go by horse cart.
